SafeNet Assured Technologies, LLC Formally Launches U.S. Based Business to Provide Data Security Solutions to the U.S. Federal Government

SafeNet Assured Technologies’ mission is to provide high assurance data security products and technologies to defense, intelligence, and civilian agencies across the Federal Government. Through the formation of this company, SafeNet Assured Technologies will be better able to serve its government customers while also investing in the development of future technologies to secure the Federal Government’s most sensitive information.
SafeNet Assured Technologies, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of SafeNet, Inc., a Gemalto company, is a standalone company based and operated in the U.S. Its federal offerings include:

Kirk Spring, who spent more than 13 years with SafeNet, Inc., will lead the new company and serve as its president. He most recently served as vice president of technology in SafeNet’s CTO office. Mr. Spring has more than 30 years of experience in the development of technologies for the Department of Defense and other data security products built specifically for government use.
