Dublin, CA (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- Safety Training Seminars provides American Heart Association CPR, BLS, and first-aid certification training courses throughout the Bay Area. Currently there are offices in San Francisco, Concord, Novato, Berkeley, Redwood City, & San Jose. The new location will be centrally located at the intersections of Highway 580 and 680 in Dublin, CA. This new location will make it easy for students in San Ramon, Livermore, Hayward, and Pleasanton to renew their CPR certification card.
The American Heart Association has developed a wide variety of safety training courses to train the public on how to respond during life-threatening emergencies. The American Heart Association BLS for the Healthcare Providers (BLS renewal) courses are specifically designed for those working in the medical or healthcare field such as nurses, dentists, physical therapists, CNAs, and EMTs. The Pediatric First-aid course is an 8 hour training course by the AHA for licensed childcare center providers. This EMSA approved course covers Pediatric CPR and First-aid emergencies and is required by law. And the most popular CPR certification is the Heartsaver First-aid and CPR program which covers how to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants, how to use an AED (defibrillator) & steps for saving a choking victim. This course also includes all the basic first-aid emergencies such as bleeding, seizures, broken bones, burns, allergic reactions, and other life threatening emergencies. The Heartsaver First-aid and CPR course is designed for teachers (for their clear credentials), personal trainers (for ACE, ACSM, NSF exams), parents, nannies, babysitters, coaches, social workers, or anyone that just wants to learn how to respond in an emergency.
The American Heart Association courses are open to the public and the classes are taught in a large comfortable office in Dublin, which also offers plenty of free parking. Students who attend one of these classes will receive their official AHA certification card on the day of the course. During the upcoming year, Safety Training Seminars plans on being active in the community by offering some Hands Only CPR classes, a limited amount of free CPR classes to non-profits in Livermore & Pleasanton, and joining the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.
