Dublin, OH (PRWEB) July 29, 2014 -- Owens joins Safeware with over 21 years of experience in the higher education channel specializing in technology sales and service at Oberlin College and the College of Wooster. During this time, Owens recognized that with hardware sales margins falling, college stores needed innovative ways to increase revenue, while providing students with quality products and services. This philosophy led to Owens serving as the Council Chair of the Campus Computer Resellers Alliance (CCRA) from 2011-2012. The CCRA provides and advocates programs and services that campus resellers need to sustain viable businesses while effectively supporting the academic missions of their colleges and universities.
