Safeware Receives Outstanding Reviews in the Campus Computer Resellers Alliance (CCRA) VIP Customer Satisfaction Survey
Dublin, OH (PRWEB) July 23, 2015 -- Safeware, a leading third-party administrator for Extended Warranty and Service Plan Solutions, received outstanding reviews from their campus store partners in the 2015 CCRA VIP Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Many of the campus retailers that provide protection solutions through Safeware are members of the CCRA. The CCRA, a special interest group of the National Association of College Stores (NACS), focuses on providing members with the resources they need to enhance performance and ensure continued growth and success. As a proud VIP partner of the CCRA, Safeware is a participant in an annual survey to obtain feedback from its members.
Safeware rated highly in all categories including customer service, ease of product ordering and program pricing. Overall, the survey was sent to 821 technology associates within the CCRA and NACS member stores.
Julie Simonson, Director of the CCRA, discussed the survey and its importance. “The CCRA VIP Vendor Satisfaction Survey is designed to gather feedback from the CCRA membership about the products and services of a VIP partner. The VIP partner can then use that information to determine where they are meeting the expectations of their customers and where they may need to make some tweaks in their processes or product offerings.”
