The latest version of the cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Compliance 360 solution makes it easier than ever before to interact with information and allows users to enjoy a more intuitive and visually engaging work interaction with significant focus on improving the overall user experience.
According to industry surveys, usability has become the top criterion in the decision of which GRC solution to buy. With the new, intuitive menu navigation in Compliance 360, users will use fewer clicks and follow a simpler, more direct route to access desired information. Other key enhancements include modernized data entry forms, updated icon images, and significantly more flexible data filtering capability.
In addition to the overall improvements to the user interface, a new Compliance 360 Portal has been released. The portal provides users easy access to important information needed to accomplish various tasks. Initially, the Compliance 360 Portal is focused on views of Policy information, providing quick and easy access to published policies and procedures for employees and others, in an appealing format. The portal features a quick keyword search as well as a library view of all published policies. Additionally, the “Most Recently Updated” and “Most Frequently Viewed” policies are displayed in dynamics lists.
