Saint Luke's Health System to sponsor Brain: The Inside Story exhibition at Museum at Prairiefire
Kansas City, Missouri (PRWEB) April 28, 2015 -- Brain: The Inside Story, the internationally acclaimed exhibition organized by the American Museum of Natural History, will open at the Museum at Prairiefire in Overland Park in spring 2016, supported by sponsorship from Saint Luke’s Health System. Coming to Kansas City from recent showings in New York City, Toronto, Granada and Milan, this one-of-a-kind exhibition brings neuroscience to life and encourages local dialogue about science and technology.

We are excited to help bring this engaging exhibition to Kansas City.”
At each venue, Brain has raised awareness and understanding about the brain, as well as received praise from neuroscience experts. The exhibition illustrates how the brain uniquely functions using hands-on activities and interactive learning opportunities, including a remarkable walk-through neural pathway installation, brain games and puzzles, a three-pound preserved brain, activities that stimulate senses and memory, an art installation, and more.
Brain is scheduled to be on display at the Museum at Prairiefire through summer 2016. In addition to Brain, Saint Luke’s Health System has sponsored three permanent exhibit cases in the museum’s Great Hall, featuring rotating exhibits of unique museum collection items.
