Saint Luke's Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute Announces Fourth Annual Advances in Neuroscience Symposium
Kansas City, Mo. (PRWEB) June 27, 2016 -- Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute (SLMBNI), one of the region’s premier neuroscience programs, in conjunction with the Institute for International Medicine (INMED) and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City will present its Fourth Annual Advances in Neuroscience Symposium on Friday, Sept. 23, 2016 at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza.
The program will focus on diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of neurologic disorders, featuring presentations by SLMBNI invited faculty members. Special guest presenters include internationally renowned neuroscientists Neeraj Kumar, M.D., Rachelle S. Doody, M.D., and Michael A. Williams, M.D.

• Perils and pitfalls of epilepsy management
• Advances in Cochlear implants
The conference has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Missouri State Medical Association through the joint providership of INMED and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City. Continuing education credits will be offered to physicians, physician assistants, advanced nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals with an interest in neurology who attend the event.
