Sale of Consulting Firm to EC Harris

Equiteq is a consulting sector merger and acquisition specialist, providing both growth advisory and M&A transaction services to the global consulting and IT services industry. It has advised CPA over the last few years on its growth plan and sale preparation, and was lead adviser in the execution of the deal with EC Harris.
