Sales Teams Gain Helping Hand with New Virtual Assistant Nuiku
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) November 13, 2013 -- Nuiku, the virtual assistant technology that lets professionals do their jobs via their mobile phones, today announced the release of Nuiku for Sales, the company’s first proprietary app designed to make sales people more efficient and effective while working from a mobile device. Nuiku allows sales people to use their voice to update and get answers from back-end CRM systems; proactively delivers information ahead of customer meetings; and is constantly learning and analyzing on behalf of the user.
Nuiku for Sales is now available in the App Store for iPhone, with other platforms to be released in the future. The app is also integrated with Salesforce and available for download on the AppExchange. Nuiku will be showing off Nuiku for Sales at the upcoming Dreamforce 2013 in San Francisco, November 18-21. Nuiku will be in booth N1031 in Cloud Expo North.
Prior to Nuiku for Sales, updates to CRM systems were incredibly tedious and difficult to manage on a mobile device. In addition, gathering information ahead of customer meetings was painful and time consuming. By integrating directly with Salesforce, as well as information from the user’s phone including calendar, location, dialer, and contacts, Nuiku for Sales allows a salesperson to spend more time with customers and less time getting prepared, updating notes or keeping track of next steps.

Before a meeting, Nuiku for Sales provides a meeting briefing that contains all the information about the company and the people involved including sales history, activity history, prior meeting notes, and open actions. After a meeting, Nuiku prompts the sales person for notes and next actions. All the sales person needs to do is speak or type updates into Nuiku and the virtual assistant automatically updates CRM and keeps track of next steps.
