Launching the innovative and fully interactive website, produced in partnership with specialist web design & digital marketing agency Venn Digital, Pareto complete the final phase of the company’s movement towards a modernised and user-friendly image that will set the brand above competitors within the market. With a clean-cut and highly visual feel, the new website has been designed to deliver clarity and simultaneously differentiate between and unify the four key areas of the business: sales recruitment, sales development, graduate recruitment and executive recruitment.

Continuing the previous message highlighted by the Pareto brand, the website seeks to take a results-focused approach to representing the ‘Effect’ the company can have on clients and candidates, highlighting tangible evidence and results that range from performance improvements and ROI to increases in sales, profits and improved career prospects. Punctuated with interactive videos and testimonials, alongside the company’s innovative new animations and the very latest whitepapers, blog and news, the new website is pragmatic in its approach, capitalising upon the brand’s bold and simplistic imagery to bring the Pareto Effect to life.

“The new website is designed to engage the user throughout the journey, utilising a range of methods that effectively guide, inform and drive our candidates and clients at every stage,” explains Marketing Director Paul Drew.
