Salus Telehealth and Video Medicine Join to Form Premier Full Service Telehealth Company

Together, they will be a premier, full service telehealth company that offers comprehensive telemedicine device and software solutions, including a direct to consumer healthcare application.

The Salus Telehealth and VideoMedicine, Inc. Board of Directors voted to sign the agreement allowing the companies to merge and create one new organization. The new Board of Directors will be made up of an equal number of members from VideoMedicine and Salus Telehealth. This merger has uniquely positioned Salus Telehealth, Inc. to offer a true end-to-end telemedicine solution that will reduce the overall cost of healthcare as well as significantly improve overall health outcomes. Paula Guy has been named the Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed organization and Dr. Jeffrey Kesler has been named the Chief Operating Officer. Salus Telehealth, Inc. will maintain offices in Waycross, Georgia and Chicago, Illinois.
