San Diego Real Estate Investment Firm Announces The CCFG Investment Fund, LLC Offering, Including Preferred Shares To Accredited Investors
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) May 14, 2014 -- CCFG Investments, a San Diego-based, private real estate investment firm celebrated two major milestones in April. The firm, founded by asset manager Craig Cecilio in 2004 recently commemorated its 10-year anniversary. The milestone coincides with the release of the Q1 earnings of the firm’s mortgage pool fund, CCFG Investment, LLC, also known and referred to as The Privilege Plan. The fund reported a 13.27% return, which is in line with the double-digit returns that the firm’s investors have come to expect.
Founder and President, Craig Cecilio states “our firm has managed to grow the fund through vetted projects, which has allowed for greater diversification for our accredited investors as they look to build their portfolio.”
This week, and on behalf of his firm, Cecilio announced that he is soliciting accredited new investors into the fund. The offering includes preferred shares through a minimum investment of $500K. Preferred shareholders will benefit from lower management fees, along with an incentive that includes 20% of the asset manager’s profits.
CCFG Investments plans to grow the fund and its business though new projects, and by working with up-and-coming architects and developers. “We seek new opportunities and projects that support the enhancement of neighborhoods in need of revitalization. A “green” approach to developing new and existing properties remains a top priority,” says Cecilio.
The firm, which has surpassed $500 million in investments during the past decade is focused on creating sourcing and presenting multiple projects to its clients across different asset classes.
