Bernhardt comes to The Manse after more than three decades in senior housing leadership positions. Most recently, Bernhardt was Vice President of Assisted Living for Nevada Housing and Neighborhood Development (HAND). Over the years, Bernhardt developed a reputation for his immersive and collaborative approach to management – qualities aligning particularly well with The Manse on Marsh’s engaged community of residents and staff.
