Owner/broker Hayley Townley not only sells homes, but she also designs rooms for clients on a part-time, word-of-mouth basis. Hayley has been a licensed Realtor since 1989 and said she has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Hayley is also Feng Shui certified and Green Certified Leaders for real estate professionals. She understands perseverance, tenacity and the art of finding and making a house a home for her clients and their referrals. Hayley runs Comet Realty’s San Luis Obispo Property Management Division, making sure investors and tenants alike are treated with honesty, integrity and respect.

He was voted SLO Association Realtor of the Year in 2011 by his peers. For fun, he coaches two soccer teams, and helps run CCSoccer, a Central Coast Adult Co-ed, and CCSoccer 35+ Soccer Mens league.
