Sandra Lane announces publication of debut book
HAMILTON, Scotland (PRWEB) December 07, 2016 -- Sandra Lane’s new book “The Clydeside Cats” (published by AuthorHouse UK) is the product of telling stories to her children and the desire to share them with her grandchildren and other children.
“The Clydeside Cats” are an adventurous bunch of cats who live on the banks of the River Clyde in Scotland. Each cat is individual in color as well as personality. Rhuari Red Cat, Olivia Orange Cat, Ya Yellow Cat, Gertie Green Cat, Bobby Blue Cat, and Peter Purple Cat will share their stories and take readers on a fun-filled journey.
“It’s a timeless piece of children’s literature,” Lane explains. “The characters are loveable and the adventures exciting (for a cat). Young children will want this read to them again and again.”
An excerpt from “The Clydeside Cats”:
Rhuari Red Cat lived in an eeeeenormous shipyard in Greenock, on the River Clyde. He was a very big, very fearsome, and very, very scary cat! Well, that was what he thought.
