Los Angeles CA (PRWEB) September 29, 2014 -- Sara Soulati, CEO and Founder of Global Cardio Care, Inc., the firm that manages physician practices delivering Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP), is aligning with African-American church leaders and activists to further spread a heart health message of prevention and lifestyle modification to African-American people.
Several pastors in Los Angeles are promoting The Sara Soulati Health For Life Program to their congregations as a method of modifying lifestyle, reducing disease risk factors, and adopting vegan nutrition with moderate exercise to ultimately prevent cardiovascular disease.
“Every pastor in Los Angeles should endorse Sara Soulati’s program in churches and promote it to congregants,” said Bishop Noel Jones, founder of City of Refuge Church in Los Angeles. “We are derelict in our duty as pastors to ignore the spiritual and physical welfare of the church and the health aspect of our congregations.”
Soulati recently addressed seniors at Crenshaw Christian Center with a heart disease prevention message.
“I frequently tell members of Agape Spiritual Center to visit Sara Soulati at Global Cardio Care so they can release their gifts and life’s work by being healthy,” said Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith, founder and spiritual director of Agape Spiritual Center in Los Angeles. “Sara is an advocate of plant-based nutrition, exercise, meditation and supplements – these are all essential to the healthiest lifestyle.”
“I have watched Sara Soulati deliver her passionate work to heal hearts in the African-American community, and I commend her for fighting every day as our champion to reduce heart disease in the urban center of Los Angeles,” said Dick Gregory, activist, comedian and entrepreneur. “Everyone with a heart needs Sara’s program right now.”
“Cardiovascular disease remains the number-one killer in the U.S. of African-Americans, and more heart health and education messages are required to prevent mortality,” said Sara Soulati, CEO of Global Cardio Care, Inc. “The support of Rev. Michael Bernard Beckwith of Agape Spiritual Center, Bishop Noel Jones of City of Refuge and Dick Gregory, the most-renowned African-American activist is what’s needed to make the African-American community healthier.”
