David will oversee new construction and maintenance for the Nuclear and Fossil business lines and will be located in the Saulsbury Dallas office.
David comes to Saulsbury from Georgia Power Company, a subsidiary of the Southern Company, where he was the Director of Nuclear Development. In his career, David has held a variety of leadership roles on a multitude of Heavy Industrial Power projects and in Plant Operations - including new generation gas projects, environmental retrofit projects, fossil plant operations, and the first domestic new nuclear generation mega project in 30 years. David holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration, and he has completed the Executive Leadership Program from the University of Texas-Austin.
