Savills Studley Announces Pacific Northwest Expansion, Taps Top Tenant Rep Brokers to Lead New Seattle Office

The move creates a foothold for Savills Studley in the Pacific Northwest, and positions the company to meet the real estate needs of the region’s many commercial tenants.
Eric Blohm and Eric Leland, formerly of Mohr Partners, Inc., joined Savills Studley as Senior Managing Directors to oversee the firm’s Seattle operations and bring a combined 50 years of experience representing tenants. Seattle already serves as the West Coast hub for the company’s Worldwide Occupier Services platform, led by Senior Managing Director Jose Oncina.

These professionals join Savills Studley from Mohr Partners, where they worked under Blohm and Leland.
