Savills Studley Opens Baltimore Office Expanding Its Tenant Representation and Industrial Services Throughout the Region
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- Savills Studley announces the opening of its newest office, located at 102 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Towson, MD, expanding its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. The global commercial real estate firm will extend its conflict-free offerings to companies across multiple industries, with specific expertise in office and industrial services.

Senior Managing Director/Senior Vice President George Santos will oversee the brokerage operations management of the Baltimore office. With more than twenty-seven years of commercial real estate experience, Santos specializes in leasing and investment sales in the Baltimore/Washington corridor with a focus on tenant representation. Santos was honored as the Baltimore Business Journal’s #1 Real Estate Broker in 2008 and has received its Heavy Hitter Award for numerous years. He has also been awarded by CORFAC International, under the Largest Value office deal category. Santos joins the firm from Colliers International where he was Managing Director & Principal of the Baltimore region.
In addition, Santos’ teammate, Ryan Miller, joins Savills Studley as Managing Director. With a focus on office leasing and sales, Santos and Miller specialize in tenant representation within the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area, where they represent clients spanning multiple industries.
The office also welcomes Senior Managing Directors Michael Clark and Paul Danko, who will head up the new industrial services team for the region. Clark’s broad and lengthy experience in commercial real estate makes him uniquely qualified to represent the best interests of the end users of space. Clark joins Savills Studley’s Baltimore Office following an 11-year stint as the president of BTR Capital Group. During his tenure with BTR, Clark acquired, managed and disposed of a four million-square-foot portfolio of primarily industrial assets and land in the Baltimore area. Additional Baltimore area clients have included Joseph A Bank, Edgemere Terminals Inc. and Infra-Metals, Inc.
Danko joined Savills Studley in May 2013, bringing twenty five years of real estate experience in the Baltimore area to the firm including tenant representation, disposition, redevelopment of unique retail assets, and industrial real estate. His extensive tenant representation portfolio includes Wolseley North America, Williams Sonoma, NeighborCare, EADS North America, PEPSICO, Dial, UPS and Ball Corporation.
