Savills Studley Represents Gabriel Partners in Expansion to Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) January 25, 2016 -- Savills Studley represented Gabriel Partners – a technology based anti-money laundering company in its expansion to the Phoenix market. The growing consulting firm signed a long term lease agreement for the full 22nd floor (19,202 square feet) of 40 North Central Avenue in the Downtown submarket.
“Geographically, we were looking for better access to our west coast clients, a bigger recruiting pool of bilingual and top talent to fuel our aggressive hiring campaign and expansion efforts, and a business environment that gelled well with our Cleveland-based headquarters,” said Christopher R. Gabriel Partners plans to relocate 20 employees from Cleveland to Phoenix join about 20 new hires in its new Southwest location by opening day, proposed for this summer. The company hopes to fill the office to its capacity of 100 employees in 2016.
“Ultimately, Savills Studley helped us narrow down the playing field and we decided that downtown Phoenix made the most sense for our specific needs. It is a young, progressive, aggressive and fun location that vibes perfectly with our company culture,” added Brauser.
