Savills Studley Represents Jones & Carter Inc. in Corporate Headquarters Relocation
Houston, TX (PRWEB) December 21, 2015 -- Leading global commercial real estate services firm Savills Studley represented Jones|Carter in its relocation of its corporate headquarters to 6330 West Loop South in Bellaire, TX. The engineering firm will occupy 47,482 square feet on three floors of the building. They plan to move from its existing space at 6335 Gulfton in Houston, Texas to the new space in early 2016.
Executive Vice President and Co-Branch Manager Derrell Curry of Savills Studley’s Houston office, represented the tenant in the transaction. Mike Adams represented the landlord, Accesso Partners, LLC.
“The move will allow Jones|Carter to upgrade its facilities, to occupy space in a more effective footprint, and to roll-out a flexible workplace strategy to propel its business into its next phase. The building also provides for a location within close proximity to its clients and ease of access for its employees,” said Curry.
Curry also noted that the negotiations with the landlord produced positive results for Jones|Carter. “The space at 6330 West Loop was an ideal solution, allowing Jones|Carter to take advantage of previously built-out space and furniture product that aligned with the culture of the organization,” added Curry.
