SAYS Recognised As World's Most Democratic Workplace Three Years In A Row
(PRWEB) April 23, 2014 -- Malaysian company SAYS has been recognised by WorldBlu as the World’s Most Democratic Workplace for the third consecutive year.
SAYS (http://says.com) appears in the WorldBlu List of Most Democratic Workplaces with other well-known companies including Zappos, AIESEC International and WD-40. The only other Malaysian company to have made it to the list is Mindvalley.
WorldBlu determines the list by conducting the WorldBlu Design Assessment, a survey completed by employees of a company. The survey evaluates a company’s practice of the WorldBlu 10 Principles of Organisational Democracy.
To be listed, an organisation has to achieve an overall combined score of 3.5 / 5 or higher. Despite an increase in workforce to over 30 employees, SAYS has managed to improve its 2013 score of 3.9 to 4.1 this year.
