SBS Dateline: Australian “Forever Young” Documentary Features Healthy Aging Icon, Dr. Jeffry Life
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) October 30, 2013 -- Dr. Jeffry Life, Cenegenics Senior Partner and New York Times bestselling author, is featured on a Dateline “Forever Young” documentary that aired on Australia’s national public TV network, SBS One, announced Cenegenics, the global leader in age management medicine. Award-winning broadcast journalist/correspondent Nick Lazaredes interviewed Life for two days for the TV segment and wrote the corresponding article, “What’s the secret of eternal youth?”.
As Life says in the “Forever Young” documentary, “It’s important for people to know they don’t have to age like their parents ... it’s about honest to god, genuine health.” And no one knows that better than this healthy aging expert—a fit and soon-to-be 75 year old who looks like he has the body of a 30 year old. His first book, “The Life Plan,” was published by Atria Books/Simon & Schuster and became a New York Times bestseller in 2011. That success was followed by a second book, “Mastering the Life Plan: The Essential Steps to Achieving Great Health and a Leaner, Stronger, and Sexier Body" with a third due out March 2014, “The Life Plan Diet: How Losing Belly Fat is the Key to Gaining a Stronger, Sexier, Healthier Body,” also published by Atria. Life’s new book reflects his spin on how he follows his nutrition plan and how he attacks his personal demons to stay the course of healthy aging and keep lean.
“I’m quite pleased with the Dateline 'Forever Young' documentary and hope it helps open the eyes of Australians on how they can take control of their health, slow down the aging process and reduce their risk for disease,” Life said.
Life also says he was glad to see reporter Nick Lazaredes willing to learn about the Cenegenics approach and eventually recognizing the many benefits of hormonal therapy as conducted within the clinical, comprehensive parameters of Cenegenics’ age management medicine practice.
“We have the ability today to not follow the same aging pathway that our ancestors did. My whole mission is for each and every one of us to die at a very, very old age—and that is why I write my books and what the Cenegenics Elite Health Program is all about,” Life said.
