Scalp Itch Relief for Use with Hair Enhancements Invented by InventHelp Client (OCC-907)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 22, 2015 -- Do you enjoy wearing wigs but don't like the itchy feeling on your scalp they often cause? Fortunately, an inventor from Buena Park, Calif., has found a way to help.
She developed a prototype for the patent-pending HAIR SCRATCH PINS to keep the user’s head comfortable by relieving scalp itch in areas difficult to reach because of braids of artificial hair replacements or additions. As such, it eliminates the need to use fingers or fingernails to scratch the head. At the same time, it does not disrupt the appearance of your hairstyle. Besides being decorative, effective, durable and easy to use, this convenient tool is compact, lightweight and affordably priced. It is also versatile since it can be used with either natural or artificial hair. In addition, its simple design minimizes production costs.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I enjoy wearing lots of different hair weaves, hair pieces and wigs," she said, "and often found it difficult to reach between and beneath them to get to my scalp when I needed to scratch."
The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
