Scarborough Renaissance Festival® Featured on Fandemonium
Waxahachie, TX (PRWEB) July 31, 2013 -- Scarborough Renaissance Festival® was featured on the new original series, Fandemonium, hosted by Adam Richman.
Host Adam Richman is on a mission to explore the world of ultimate super-fans and the extremes they go to in order to celebrate their passion. Richman explores what makes someone willing to spend thousands of dollars on costumes, gear and food at their favorite event. His search brought him to North Texas to experience Scarborough Renaissance Festival® during the 2013 season – the event he called the “Best of the Best” of all the events he visited during a recent interview for the series on NBC’s Today Show.
“Scarborough Renaissance Festival® is very excited to have been chosen to be one of the featured events included in Fandemonium’s inaugural season. Many of the events showcased are some of the largest and most prestigious events in the country, such as the Daytona 500 and the Kentucky Derby, so we feel privileged to be in such outstanding company,” said Coy Sevier, General Manager of Scarborough Renaissance Festival®. “Our fans and staff (many of whom have been attending and/or working with the festival for decades) had a great time meeting Mr. Richman and sharing why they are so passionate about Scarborough. We can’t wait to see the segment!”
