Scenario Learning Reports Record-Setting Growth for Second Consecutive Year
Cincinnati, Ohio (PRWEB) September 09, 2015 -- Schools, colleges and workplaces are rewriting the book on how to effectively train staff in the 21st century. And for many of those institutions, award-winning safety and compliance solutions from Scenario Learning are making the transformation possible. Scenario Learning sustained record-setting sales growth of more than 30 percent for the second year in a row and five-year growth of 300 percent.
The SafeSchools Online Training System, already leading the way in helping K-12 schools address their training needs, experienced significant growth. Thirty-two of the 100 largest school districts in the United States now rely on the Web-based program. Since July, Shelby County Schools (Tennessee), Austin ISD (Texas), Fort Worth ISD (Texas), Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools (North Carolina) and Brownsville ISD (Texas) have selected the program to deliver expert-authored training on important school safety topics to their staff and manage compliance.
“Due to the size of our district, it was difficult to provide in-person training to all of our staff,” said Anthony Krone, Risk Manager at Shelby County Schools. “SafeSchools Training is an affordable way to provide convenient training to all employees. The program isn’t about those three OSHA videos that are assigned each year. It has a large library of school safety courses that help a wide variety of departments in our district. And, it's flexible, too, we can bring employees in for group training or make individual assignments – whatever works best for us."
Higher education institutions are also increasingly moving to online training, as well, with more and more campuses implementing the SafeColleges Online Training System. In August, Dixie State University in Utah adopted the system after a rigorous Request for Proposal (RFP) process to help increase campus-wide safety. Campus administrators needed an efficient way to train staff and students on important federal mandates including requirements set forth under the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (SaVE Act). The SafeColleges System also allows administrators to document training completions for reporting purposes.
“It’s inspiring to work alongside administrators and institutions who care so deeply about the safety and well being of their students and staff,” said Brian Taylor CEO and Co-Founder of Scenario Learning. “Our organization’s continued growth is evidence of the paradigm shift occurring with staff training programs. Institutions are replacing inefficient processes with modernized, individualized solutions that increase safety while saving time and money.”
In addition to new customers, current customers are using the SafeSchools Online Training System and the SafeColleges Online Training System at an unprecedented rate. During August, nearly 500,000 users completed 2.3 million courses.
