Schaffer Consulting Presents at Change Management Conference 2017
Stamford, CT (PRWEB) May 09, 2017 -- Schaffer Consulting, a management consultancy specializing in innovative methods for driving immediate and sustainable growth, will play a major role in the upcoming Change Management Conference 2017, to be held in Vienna, Austria on May 10. The event, sponsored by Integrated Consulting Group, will address some of the biggest challenges faced by business today, with topics related to high-impact change, corporate culture, and innovation.
Markus Spiegel and Logan Chandler, partners at Schaffer Consulting, will both participate in the conference, along with Schaffer client Rich Products, a global food company employing over 10,000 associates. Schaffer and Rich Products will jointly present a case study about the power of Design Thinking combined with a laser focus on results to accelerate corporate innovation efforts.

On the second day of the conference, Markus Spiegel will present a second case study on “Boosting Innovation Culture” – exploring Rapid Innovation Teams and the Four Conditions Leaders need to create for innovation to thrive. This interactive session stems from a Learning Journey that conference producer and Schaffer’s European partner Integrated Consulting Group hosted in Silicon Valley earlier this year.

The conference also features several breakout discussions that will allow participants to experience Design Thinking first-hand, along with subjects such as a Scrum boot camp, agile project management, linear versus exponential thinking, and “team radar” – which involves taking team cooperation a step further, along with subjects such as emotional competence and change communications.
