Scheidt & Bachmann Fare Collections North America Division Announces New Positions of Director of Project Operations and Customer Service Manager
Burlington, MA (PRWEB) April 30, 2015 -- Scheidt & Bachmann USA, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Francois Nadeau as Director of Project Operations Fare Collection Systems, USA and Richard (Rick) Burnett as Customer Service Manager Fare Collection Systems, North America.
As the North American market continues growth through significant wins with both existing and new customers alike, key industry experts were sought to ensure projects achieve the highest level of success during implementation and throughout the lifespan of those systems. These two roles have been recently filled to meet these challenges.
Francois Nadeau has joined the Fare Collection Systems, North America team as the Director of Project Operations for the US. He is responsible for management and development of the Project Management function and its personnel, activities and processes. His leadership and collaboration with the company’s global operations will ensure effective planning and disciplined execution of all projects within assigned budgets and timeframes, balancing the needs of the customer and the profitability of the project. He brings a successful record of managing teams in both small and large complex projects, and commitment to quality and project excellence backed by several years of experience in companies such as Cubic and Nortel Networks. Francois has lived and worked in the US, Canada and the UK and has dual US/Canadian citizenship.
Richard (Rick) Burnett has joined as the company as Customer Service Manager for Fare collection Systems, North America. Rick is responsible for managing and developing both the North American Service Desk Team as well as the Software and Hosting Support Teams. He brings a track record of quality driven; results focused leadership and several years of experience in leading successful service teams. He has previously held similar positions in Kronos, Progress Software and Sun Microsystems and also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
