Schrock Insurance Group Joins Regional Non-Profit to Launch Charity Drive aimed at Providing Scholarships for Local Teens
Detroit, MI (PRWEB) September 23, 2015 -- Schrock Insurance Group, a locally owned insurance firm with offices serving Ferndale, Farmington Hills, and communities north of Detroit, is teaming up with Warren-based non-profit Winning Futures to launch a charity drive that will fund scholarships for local teens.
Since 1995, Winning Futures has offered meaningful assistance to nearly 40,000 students in the area seeking educational assistance. Over that time, more than $1.7 million in scholarships funds have been awarded, and Winning futures continues to offer access to a host of programs and mentorships for local youths. Over 80% of the funds taken in by Winning Futures go directly toward supporting programs and scholarships, making it one of the most efficient charities in Michigan.
