Scott Felder Homes Receives Grand MAX Award for Third Consecutive Year
Austin, Texas (PRWEB) April 14, 2014 -- On Saturday, April 5th, the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin awarded Scott Felder Homes with the Grand MAX “Volume Builder of the Year” Award for the third consecutive year at this year's gala at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel.
“We are incredibly grateful and honored that our team has received the Volume Builder of the Year Award for the third consecutive year. To be recognized as the Volume Builder of the Year amongst other talented nominees has left us quite humbled,” said Scott Felder, CEO of Scott Felder Homes.
HBA members can enter to win in various categories, including: “Individual Achievement,” “Product” and “Promotional Awards.” Entries are judged by a panel of industry professionals from across the nation.
Scott Felder Homes received 14 other accolades, including awards for specific models and interior merchandising, which include:
- $350 - $400,000 Product Design in Caballo Ranch – Mendocino II Model
- $400 - $500,000 Product Design in Rim Rock – Montana Model
- Over $1,000,000 Product Design in Villa Montana Model
- $350 – $400,000 Interior Merchandising Model Home in Rough Hollow – Tustin Model
- $400 - $450,000 Interior Merchandising Model Home in Water Oak – Chesapeake Model
