Dallas, TX (PRWEB) March 28, 2014 -- Certified dog trainer, Scott Sheaffer, CPDT-KA, will be leading a 4-week course on how to manage dog aggression every Thursday in April at Operation Kindness in Dallas. The $60 course fee includes four 90-minute classes that will be a combination of classroom and hands-on practice with dogs. The classes are designed for dog owners, as well as veterinary staff or rescue/shelter workers that come into contact with aggressive dogs. Aggressive dog behavior s such as growling, barking aggressively, snapping, biting or simply overreacting to people or other dogs will be addressed. Attendees will learn to differentiate between the different types of dog aggression; to determine realistic prognosis for their situation; to develop owner-managed treatment options and to address child safety.
The classes will be held from 7pm to 8:30pm weekly on April 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th at Operation Kindness. Operation Kindness is located at 3201 Earhart Drive in Carrollton.
