A treasure hunt unfolds as Charlotte and her friends search for the missing treasure. Throughout the book, Stanley weaves in elements of drama, romance and adventure that drive his characters’ actions, leading to a dramatic climax.

Scott Stanley is a retired naval intelligence officer who served worldwide over a 28-year career. He is associate dean for homeland security and criminal justice at Everest University in Colorado Springs, Colorado. After graduating from St. John’s University, he joined the U.S. Navy and was later selected for lateral transfer to Naval Intelligence. He retired at the rank of Captain and earned several personal and unit decorations throughout his career.
