With an eye toward continued growth, in preparation for the introduction of new services, ScribeAmerica welcomes the expertise of three new team members to their senior management team. Dr. Andy Mulvey has been appointed as Chief Growth Officer, Michael Welch will become the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Elaine Curtiss will take on the role as Chief Talent Officer, and Patricia Conti, Esq. will assume the position of General Counsel & Vice President of Legal Affairs.

Andy Mulvey M.D., FACEP | Chief Growth Officer
Dr. Andy Mulvey joins ScribeAmerica with more than 16 years of experience in the medical industry. Balancing his role as a business leader, consultant and practicing emergency physician, his unique skill set has allowed him to excel at all aspects of his professional life.
Nearly sixteen years ago, Andy began his emergency medicine practice when he and three other physicians started a new group to staff a single emergency department. Within a year, he became the practice’s CEO and helped guide the group’s expansion to five emergency departments with over 120,000 annual patient visits. Over his career, Andy has served as emergency department director, medical staff chief, and regional medical director managing several hospitals.
Andy attended Indiana University, was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa national honor society, and graduated with honors in chemistry. He earned his M.D. at Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine and completed his emergency medicine residency at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago.
Michael Welch | Chief Financial Officer
Michael Welch started his career in Audit at Deloitte & Touche (D&T) in South Florida. He worked on D&T's largest public companies in the South Florida market.
Most recently, Mike spent four years with Sunera where he worked on a variety of projects, including Internal Audit Compliance, Cash to GAAP accounting conversions, audit support for clients, purchase accounting projects for newly acquired companies, valuation work with regards to intangible assets, bankruptcy support and served as main contact/preparation for financial reporting.
Elaine Curtiss | Chief Talent Officer
Elaine Curtiss joins ScribeAmerica with 16 years of experience in talent acquisition. Elaine has refined her recruiting skills over the years working for such notable companies as Kinkos, Mastech Corporation, General Healthcare Resource, Thermo Fishcer Scientific, and DICK’S Sporting Goods. She is responsible for maintaining the hiring standards of ScribeAmerica with an eye toward continued growth in the coming years. Elaine holds a Bachelor degree from Fordham University.
Patricia Conti, Esq. | General Counsel & Vice President of Legal Affairs
Patricia Conti is an experienced General Counsel who has practiced in all legal areas for nearly 20 years, and has extensive experience with contract and employment law issues.
Looking toward 2015, these senior personnel additions will help ScribeAmerica continue to grow and serve the demand for integrated hospital services.
