Scyllogis and PilotFish Technology Partner to Provide Straight-Through-Processing to the London Market
MIDDLETOWN, CT (PRWEB) July 14, 2015 -- PilotFish Technology (an integration software and service provider to the insurance industry), today announced a strategic alliance with Scyllogis Consulting to provide Straight-Through-Processing (STP) to the London Market. The combination of the two companies’ capabilities will enable any entity participating in the Global Reinsurance & Large Commercial (GRLC) market to seamlessly exchange data, regardless of their native ability to support ACORD data exchange standards. Scyllogis Consulting are data management specialists operating solely within the GRLC sector. PilotFish provides a suite of integration products that enables the real time connectivity, transformation and delivery of messages in any data format to any other format using any connectivity option.
Recognizing that there are still significant non-ACORD legacy applications and global markets that have not adopted ACORD’s standards, Scyllogis are partnering with PilotFish to leverage PilotFish’s ability to transform non-ACORD data sources into ACORD standards. As long term ACORD members, Scyllogis have developed a suite of Straight-Through-Processing (STP) applications (Effikacy) based upon ACORD GRLC standards. By extending the integration capabilities of Effikacy with PIlotFish’s proven integration software, Scyllogis will now be able to deliver the significant benefits associated with STP eAccounting to their customers currently trading with non-ACORD compliant partners. The benefits include increases in operational efficiency, cashflow, cost savings, service efficiency, regulatory compliance and controls.
