Barcelona (PRWEB UK) 30 December 2014 -- Scytl, worldwide leader in secure online voting and election modernization technology, today announced the recruitment of leading experts and election talent to continue to support the growth in the eDemocracy space and further bolster its capacity to broaden its market reach and provide new services to its current and new client base. Key new staff includes Dan Graham as Chief Financial Officer, Silvia Caparrós as Legal Counsel, Klaus Thalmann as General Manager for Europe and the promotion of Eric Elbhar as General Manager for Asia Pacific.

Key new staff joining the Scytl team includes:

  • Dan Graham, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Graham will oversee the company's finance, legal, HR and IT operations functions. He brings more than 14 years of cloud and SaaS experience, with a proven track record of helping global public companies accelerate and achieve profitable growth. Most recently, Mr. Graham served as the Global VP of Finance and division CFO of SAP’s $1B+ Chief Customer Office within the SAP Cloud business unit.
  • Silvia Caparrós, Legal Counsel. Mrs. Caparrós brings not only +20 years global and transversal expertise in corporate, M&A, commercial, copyright and IT&IP matters, but she has also provided Scytl external legal services since 2002. Prior to joining Scytl, Mrs. Caparrós held partnership positions in Aequitas Abogados Asociados and Bufet Albert Sorroca where, as the head of the Mercantile Department, she participated in a large number of international acquisitions, including venture capital transactions.
  • Klaus Thalmann, General Manager Europe. Mr. Thalmann´s background and professional career in global IT companies will be a key corner stone in supporting electoral bodies across Europe bringing their supporting processes and infrastructures to the 21st century. Prior to joining Scytl, he held the position of Managing Director at AGS Global Services where he successfully transformed a basic IT services business to a professional services organization doubling the company´s revenue in only 3 years.
  • Eric Elbhar, General Manager Asia Pacific. After successfully leading Scytl´s Business Development team since 2008, Mr. Elbhar will now be the driving force behind the strengthening of Scytl’s strategy in the Asia Pacific region. Based in Hong Kong Mr. Elbhar will drive an organization that spans a territory comprising almost 3.5 billion citizens, stretching from Pakistan in the west, to China in the east and New Zealand to the south.
