- France: previously the world´s largest government binding election in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs France with +240,000 online votes and the world´s largest public union election Ministry of Education France with +3 million voters.
- Switzerland: the country with longest history in leverage of online voting for binding elections and consultations.
In addition, A-WEB attendees were able to learn how remote voters and those with disabilities were able to vote to vote securely and privately during the 2015 NSW Sate Elections backed by Scytl technology - the world´s most advanced and proven security protocols.- During his presentation, Ian Brightwell, Director New South Wales Electoral Commission demonstrated the increase in engagement and public trust in the online voting channel iVote with an over 500% increase in online votes from the previous election.
Privy to first hand demonstrations were local and government leaders such as the President of Santo Domingo, Danilo Medina and the President of the OSA, Luis Almagro and numerous international references such as the former presidents of Spain, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero; El Salvador, Mauricio Funes; Panama, Martín Torrijo, and other former leaders such as Laura Chinchilla from Costa Rica.
