Sears Selects Scottsdale’s AJM FASHIONS for Online Marketplace
Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) July 25, 2013 -- AJM Fashions (http://www.ajmfashions.com), online clothing boutique, has been selling on marketplaces including eBay.com, Amazon.com, Rakuten, and their own website (http://www.ajmfashions.com) for almost 15 years. Sears is looking to sell luxury items on their new online marketplace, which currently has very high viewership. AJM Fashions was approached by Sears more than a year ago to sell name brand designer merchandise on the new Sears online marketplace.
Making national news, AJM Fashions’ Partner Allison Oseran appeared on the FOX Business Day program as an expert contributor.
“You’re (AJM Fashions) a better part of the deal for Sears than Sears might be for you,” says Fox Anchor Adam Shapiro telling Oseran his opinion during the interview.
AJM Fashions sees this as an opportunity to reach consumers in another growing marketplace.
“Sears offers us another channel to reach fashion-minded consumers looking for great deals on the internet,” added Oseran.
Sears management also seems confident the move was a smart one, and will enable it to better serve its customers with more selection.
“When you combine the capabilities of our stores with the broad assortment we have available online, it will help bring an endless aisle of products from our Marketplace to our members and start to blur the four walls of our stores. If our members can't find the items they need in a store, they can order through the terminals or tablets in store and have them delivered to their homes,” Imran Jooma, executive vice president and president, marketing, online and financial services, Sears Holdings said in a statement to FOX Business.

AJM Fashions sells women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories.
