Greg has broad-based HR experience in multiple business settings, including consulting services, high tech (hardware and software), real estate and construction, restaurant and hospitality, financial services, asset management, pharmaceuticals, biotech and retail industries. He has also successfully owned and led businesses with total top and bottom line responsibility, giving him an awareness of the challenges associated with developing HR solutions that are commercially viable and aligned with overall company strategies. His enterprise leadership achievements have been recognized through a nomination for Inc Magazine’s North Texas Regional Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in Entrepreneur Magazine.
Prior to joining vcfo, Greg worked for companies such as Emeritus Group, Mercury Interactive, Goldman Sachs - Archon Group, PepsiCo, Raytheon, and Digital Equipment. He holds various professional certifications including Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Management Trainer, and Executive Coach. Greg received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, master’s degree from Baylor University and Extensive Post Graduate Studies in Business /Human Resource Management at the University of North Texas.
