Sebastian Healthcare Realty Represents HCA Physician Services in 8,000sf Long Term Lease
Orlando, Fla (PRWEB) February 25, 2015 -- Representatives with Sebastian Healthcare Realty announced today that it represented Heathrow OB-GYN and Urology Wellness Center in relocating to new offices in Lake Mary.
Bennet Sebastian, broker of record for Sebastian Healthcare Realty, said Heathrow OB-GYN, an HCA Physician Services company, signed a seven-year lease to relocate their current office to a new 4,000 square-foot office to be built out in Lake Mary. Sebastian explained that tenant improvements are expected to begin by early second quarter 2015 and be completed by late summer.
In addition to that, Sebastian revealed that Urology Wellness Center, which is also an HCA Physician Services company, also signed a seven-year lease to relocate their current office to a new 4,000 square-foot office to also be built out in Lake Mary.
“Sebastian Healthcare Realty worked with HCA Physician Services in assessing the market and identifying potential sites and represented them in the transaction which consolidates two separate HCA Physician Services practice locations into one 8,000 square-foot location,” Sebastian said, before adding, “Southeastern Realty Group represented the landlord in the transaction.”
