Sebastian Healthcare Realty Sells Bank-Owned Veterinary Hospital in Indian River County
Orlando, Fla (PRWEB) January 21, 2015 -- Representatives with Sebastian Healthcare Realty announced today that it helped in the sale of a bank-owned veterinary facility in Indian River County.
Bennet Sebastian, broker of record and spokesman for Sebastian Healthcare Realty, said ReadyCap Lending, which is based in New Providence, New Jersey hired Sebastian Healthcare Realty to market and sell an 11-acre, 8,500 square feet, full service animal hospital and equine boarding facility, located in Vero Beach.
ReadyCap, according to Sebastian, foreclosed on the property and took possession in July of 2104 and placed it on the market two months later.
The company spokesman explained that Sebastian Healthcare Realty marketed the property to a statewide network of veterinary practices, veterinary service providers, and commercial real estate brokers and ultimately secured an owner-operator from Brevard County who successfully closed on the property in December.
“We’re pleased that the sale is finalized,” Sebastian said.
