The top search results on the number one search engine, Google, displays sites such as Bankrate.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com which all present mortgage rates to consumers from lenders that have paid for their position on these web sites. These sponsored listing neither represent the biggest mortgage lenders or those with the lowest rates, added Mr. Seed, after viewing the current search results.
