This adds to the Company’s already impressive quality track record, which now stands at six successive zero non-conformance audits.
As an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, SelfLube is required to have an annual audit of its quality systems. This consists of a strict review of its quality related systems and procedures and then the hard part, whether or not they are actually being adhered to – both are critical. “A string of zero non-conformance audits means that SelfLube is doing a pretty exceptional job in the area of product quality and customer service,” says Owner, Phil Allor. “This is a key reason for the Company’s success in serving the tooling industry, which tends to be very demanding when it comes to product quality and customer service.”
