Ms. Coleman is a former Texas state Medicaid official with an expertise in Medicaid integrated managed care including the implementation of programs for complex populations with needs for home and community based services. Pam is a frequent presenter at national conferences on complex care populations and integrated delivery systems. Marc Gold, a senior consultant from Sellers Dorsey, will also be attending this year’s conference. Mr. Gold has nearly three decades of experience in directing long term services and supports policy. Most recently, Marc was an executive with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services as the special advisor on policy and leading Texas’s Olmstead efforts.
