Advanced explained it is their intention to hire a board certified real estate attorney in an attempt to get the lender to recast the loan so that it is compatible with the current property values.
“Of course, the home owner could do the same thing we are planning, but many do not want the large legal expenses with no promise they will be successful,” Beardsley said.
