St. Charles, MD (PRWEB) October 16, 2014 -- St. Charles, MD achieved its strongest monthly new home sales of the year with 26 signed contracts in new single family and townhomes by top national homebuilders, Lennar and Ryan Homes, as well as eight sales in Lennar’s active adult homes, Heritage.
