It was serendipitous to launch Dollar Beard Club and film ‘Shark Tank’ in the same week last June, and now have them set to air the same week,” Stoikos said. “The recurring connection between ‘Shark Tank’, Coolbox and DBC is just too perfect, so we decided to buy our first primetime TV advertising spot during the commercial break, after my Coolbox pitch. Similar to Dollar Beard Club’s original parody video, the company’s new commercial, and fourth major video, was written, produced and directed entirely in-house. The commercial, which was shot entirely in California, will promote Dollar Beard Club’s latest products and services since it first launched last year.
