Sett & Lucas advises Starpoint on their sale to Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company

Leading New York based Technology focussed investment bank – Sett & Lucas, was the sole sell side advisor to Starpoint in this transaction. The transaction was closed on October 14th.
