Sevatec Wins $65 Million Multi-year Contract to Support the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
Fairfax, Virginia (PRWEB) February 03, 2016 -- Sevatec, Inc. (Sevatec), a leading provider of Agile software, data sciences, cyber engineering, and cloud solutions for the federal government, announced today their award of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Joint Engineering Teams – Sustainment (JETS) prime task order issued under an unrestricted solicitation on the DHS Eagle II contract vehicle. The USCIS awarded Sevatec their Customer Service portfolio with an estimated value of $65 million.
Under the terms of this task order, Sevatec will provide Agile application development and maintenance solutions for customer service systems aimed at improving and prioritizing the immigration user experience. Sevatec’s team of technical resources will be responsible for enhancing the legacy customer service applications through automated code maintenance with continuous integration and advanced code testing, operational maintenance, consolidated user interfaces, and security services.
