Fans of the country superstar have been clamoring to see her tour around the continent since her last trek and will have plenty of chances to see her perform on her farewell tour. Over the past two years, Twain had been calling the Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, NV home as she performed a residency there like many other performers have been doing at other venues over the course of the past decade.
From the mid 1990s to the early 2000s, there were few artists in the entire music business, let alone country, that developed as large of a following as Twain. With the release of The Woman in Me, Come on Over, and Up!, Twain became the first artist in history to record three consecutive Diamond-certified albums from the Recording Industry Association of America in the United States for earning more than 10 million sales. Throughout her career, Twain has become known as the best-selling female country artist of all time with more than 75 million records sold. In addition to these accolades, she has also been inducted into the Canadian Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has won five Grammy Awards.
When the popular country performer returns to touring this summer, her longtime fans will hope to hear many of the songs that helped her develop the reputation of being one of the best of all time. Among those songs that fans will want to hear the legend perform include “Any Man of Mine,” “(If You're Not in It for Love) I'm Outta Here!,” “You’re Still the One,” “From This Moment On,” “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!,” and “I'm Gonna Getcha Good!.” She hasn’t released much new music in the past several years, but some of her newer fans that saw her perform in Las Vegas will want to hear other songs including “Endless Love,” “Party or Two,” and “Shoes.”
Many of the most prestigious venues in the United States and Canada will welcome the superstar to their stages including Madison Square Garden in New York City, NY; Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario; The Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, MI; American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL; and Time Warner Cable in Charlotte, NC.
