The leadership of America's epic "555 Days of Prayer to Save America," which has reached its 142nd day today, are calling on participating prayer warriors to explain the purpose of the event to the lost world. Participants are strongly urged to take this opportunity to reveal the power of intercessory prayer in the redemption of lives and the redemption of nations.
"What we are doing, is preparing ourselves, by stages, to go before the Lord, our God in loving intercession for our nation. As Christians, we must explain, to the lost, our love and care for them, and our hope for their eventual salvation. Foremost, the world must know we are returning the United States of America to a righteous state, and that there will be vast and positive repercussions around the whole earth, when The United States of America is transformed by the hand of the Lord God," said Robert Berry, primary planner and servant leader of the 555-day-long prayer event.
Berry, who is also a decorated disabled-veteran, said "You are failing on brotherhood!" the Lord says. "The Word of God has been corrupted by man!" The Lord says. I have focused, in planning this event, on getting The Body of Christ, to unify, in prayer. That is why the call for prayer for our nation is global. That is why "Save America Gathering" called Christians from around the world to Washington, DC, and "One Church // One Voice" went to the Rose Bowl, for "11-11-11, The Line in the Sand." It truly is one church, one voice. However, that is not what we have achieved, in our humanity. Ultimately, "555 Days of Prayer to Save America" is a powerful spiritual counteroffensive. The Church is most powerful on its knees; and next, in humble service to the Kingdom of God. Here, God has produced The Church on its knees. Join and pray for the U.S.A.!"
The current prayer segment, a one-hundred-day prayer for personal confession of sin, and to ask for mercy and forgiveness from Almighty God; and, the instilling of a merciful and forgiving nature within The Church. The current prayer will end on August 6, 2013. Planners recommend congregations, synagogues, and individuals who have joined, or, will join, since the event's start, review the event schedule and devote some time to any prayer section which they might have missed.
The next prayer segment will consist of 100 days of intercessory prayer, asking for mercy and forgiveness of The Church's sins and shortcoming; and for the instilling of a merciful and forgiving nature within the entire church. This next prayer segment will begin on August 7, 2013, and continue through November 14, 2013.
"555 Days of Prayer to Save America" is scheduled to end on September 11, 2014, with a "Great Wave Offering," featuring all Christian flags and banners, particularly, "The United States Christian Flag."
